Usage Note 50212: SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Sybase uses single-row fetching
When you use SAS/ACCESS Interface to Sybase, single-row fetching is done when the LIBNAME option CONNECTION= is set to SHAREDREAD, SHARED, GLOBALREAD, or GLOBAL. The READBUFF= option is not taking effect.
For the READBUFF option to take effect, the LIBNAME option CONNECTION= has to be set to UNIQUE.
